TIMELINE: Contest begins on May 1, 2008 and ends August 31, 2008. All entries must be received by midnight of the last calendar day of each month for that month’s drawings. Winners will be announced on or about the 15th of the following month. The first drawing will be on June 15, 2008. The final drawing will be on September 15, 2008.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is void where prohibited. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.

Pacific Bearing Company withholds the right to modify the rules of this contest at any time.  Pacific Bearing Company reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the contest at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.  By submitting an application story, the submitter acknowledges and agrees to all rules, terms, and conditions as presented in the contest rules.  Once the application story is submitted, Pacific Bearing Company retains full rights to the information provided, and may distribute or publish the stories at will.  Pacific Bearing Company retains the right to discontinue participation privileges of any Submitter who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the contest in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or any federal, state or local laws, statutes or ordinances.  Any situation not covered by these Terms & Conditions will be judged on an individual basis, and it is up to the sole discretion of Pacific Bearing Company, in accordance with all state and federal laws, to make a decision on said situation.

WINNER SELECTION: The monthly prize winners will be selected a random drawing of all eligible entries received.  The grand prize winner will be awarded to the individual who submits the most completed application stories. All drawings will be held at the Pacific Bearing corporate office. All drawings will be conducted by Pacific Bearing, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.

Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (1) business day of attempted contact, Pacific Bearing reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize

ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Pacific Bearing to use winner's name, likeness, and application statements for any purpose in reference to the prize drawings and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

PRIZES: $50.00 per completed application story, $75.00 for completed application story with video, a 8GB Apple iTouch or a GPS navigation device (approx. value $300), and the grand prize, Trek® 7.5 FX WSD. Winner is responsible for any and all wireless contracts and costs.

SUBMITTING DIGITAL IMAGES & VIDEOS: Digital images should be submitted using the online entry form at promotion.pacific-bearing.com or e-mailed to marketing@pacifc-bearing.com.  Images should be formatted to 300 dpi, and submitted in JPG (at high quality) or TIFF format. Videos should be formatted in an AVI., MOV. or MPEG format. Digital images and videos will not be returned.  Photo and video entries must include a close-up shot showing the Pacific Bearing product and an overall shot of the application setting.

Pacific Bearing assumes no responsibility for photo or video submissions. Entrants agree that Pacific Bearing has the right to use, without further compensation, their photographs and videos for promotion & publications.
